Two Office Heating & Cooling Installation

Project overview

Our clients had recently completed a conversion creating two office spaces and required a heating and cooling solution for year-round use.

The installation

We installed two 2.5kW Clivet single split air conditioning systems.

This was a particularly unique installation, with several obstacles to overcome. A very narrow balcony and access through a warehouse made positioning the outdoor units challenging.

To accommodate these restrictions, we installed white trunking internally, followed by black trunking along the balcony. Both outdoor units were installed on wall brackets.

The result

Despite the challenges presented by the narrow balcony and warehouse access, we found a practical installation solution.

Both offices now benefit from heating and cooling throughout the year.
